This school year is going to be filled with so many unknowns and uncharted territory I wanted to provide my students with materials that they could call their own. I am going to use this project to create Take-Home Kits for them to use during distance learning. Every item I chose for these kits will amplify each child's learning experience at home! I selected whiteboards, that are magnetic, which will double for literacy activities AND math activities. First graders desperately need hands on learning so, I picked out some learning tools like dice, cubes, counters, and magnet letters for them to use during our virtual lessons. I also added book bags for take home books and a TPT gift card to help me purchase engaging online lessons for each student! Learning from home can be challenging for 6 year olds so, I hope that this project can be used to help my littles reach all their learning goals this school year!
