As a first year teacher it can be very easy to succumb to the pressure that comes to maintaining a positive and successful classroom. To high school students across the nation, cellphones can be a major distraction, and many teachers are afraid of taking phones away for due to the liability. I want my students to achieve success at the highest level, and that means I have to do everything possible to cut out the distractions as much as possible. With this locker system students can have a distraction free learning environment , and I can teach without telling students to put away their phones, it's a win-win.
