Our school district requires teachers to use Google in our classrooms. Our Google Classroom accounts will be utilized for announcements, discussions and assignments. Our school also uses the ALEKS program, which enables students to complete topics aligned with our classroom curriculum, which helps them to review and revisit topics learned whenever they feel the need. Many of our students do not have access to technology at home, and our school is not fully equipped to give all students access on a regular basis. Technology is an essential component in today's classrooms! With even five Chromebooks being available in my classroom, students will be able to utilize technology before and after school, and during class. This will have a huge impact on their learning because many students will not access the programs available without this resource.
