By adding Mo Willems books to my classroom library, my students will be able to choose from a variety of texts to read and can continue to fall in love with reading. These books are always a favorite in our classroom and I am constantly asked by students why I don't have these for them to read. My kids are already familiar with these characters and are always wanting to know what comes next in their stories. I hope that with these books I will be able to continue building my students' excitement to read new stories as well as help them connect reading to many other subjects and lessons in our room!
