The Kindle Fire tablets will help improve reading comprehension and fluency with my students. The technology engagement will provide a different way to engage students in reading. Using the Kindle Fire will allow small group learning on specific skills needed for improvement. Reading is such a valuable part of learning. I will utilize the RAZ kids (reading) & Reading A-Z app during my differentiated reading groups. This will provide me with more resources to assist with the curriculum. The students will also be able to utilize the Kindle Fire for Accelerated Reader. Lets bring 21st century learning to the classroom.
