The alphabet pebbles and journals will support the name activities we do at the beginning of the school year to build our relationships in the classroom. We do all types of name activities to promote name recognition for the student, as well as to help us learn each other's names. We will also use these materials to support letter recognition, alphabet sequencing, and word building. We will be able to use these materials for literacy centers, writing workshop, and free choice time. We can use these materials to support our learning in both Spanish and English to build our language skills.
