This year, they will have the chance to participate and compete in an independent reading challenge throughout the school year. This program not only helps our students close the achievement gap through access to quality grade appropriate texts but also opens up worlds of adventure and excitement! In order for this program to be a success, we are in need of quality, grade level appropriate books that will empower our students and give them courage to tell their own unique stories. The books provided will become a library of opportunity so my students can experience remarkable adventures right in our classroom.

About my class
