Our students need this sound equipment to not only amplify their talent but also to learn how music equipment works and how it can serve the audience by bringing out the best sound for everyone involved. The performer can learn how a monitor works to help their hearing of themselves and the accompaniment. When they can’t hear the music during a solo, their voice may not line up with the accompaniment... which can be embarrassing and hard for the audience to hear. The speakers help the audience to hear a balance between the performers and instruments or music. The mics help amplify voices which helps the performers tell their story and the audience not miss a detail!
