These materials will help my students create and complete writing/design projects without having to take materials from their own room. Without these supplies, I will have to cut down on writing assignments, which is a big part of my curriculum and literacy initiative. The plan currently is to have smaller, warm-up type assignments on small white boards to save paper, and bigger projects will be written using the whiteboards as clipboards instead of taking up lots of space in the room with desks. The costume rack will provide appropriate storage for all of our class costumes and future projects. Currently I store costumes in bins, which causes them to wrinkle, damage, and makes it difficult to pull quickly for classes/performance opportunities. Please help us create a welcoming environment for our actors!
