As an early childhood teacher, there is only so much I can do through a computer screen. My young students need hands-on experiences to foster a love for learning. Their families need supplies to best support their learning, from the safety of their homes. Many of my parents have safety concerns and are nervous about sending their precious children into the classroom, where their first school experience will look completely different, than they could have ever imagined. Providing my students with building blocks to create and explore, will give them that sense of normality to explore through hands-on activities, as they would in the classroom, while also building fine motor skills! This year we will explore many different themes, and the books included will support my students learning through visuals and story telling.
