To show appreciation, some folks still bring apples for the teacher, but what if we change it to APPles for 1st graders? Technology is a critical part of any effective 21st century classroom. Hands-on use of technology is imperative to long-term success for both the students and teachers. My goal is to make sure my students have access to everything they need to be more successful in this ever-changing world! These iPads will be used every day and all day to enhance learning and send these students soaring even higher! We use technology daily to support our 1st grade learning environment during Readers and Writers Workshop, I-Station Literacy, math investigations, science and social studies research and discovery, plus much more! Using iPads for this crucial learning will create even more ideas, abilities and skills. The learning would be endless and filled with problem solving excitement and growth! Let's make a difference working together!
