Help my students bring history to life! Students need good fictional texts to help them draw connections to history. It helps history become relevant to their own lives when they can connect the literature to what they are learning about in history class! It is much more fun to read about history in literature instead of a textbook. Creativity and imagination should not be underrated. Books allow students to use their imagination as they explore a variety of topics. Help my students get good, relevant books into their classroom. The books vary from picture books, graphic novels, and chapter books, so every student will be able to find a book that will capture their imagination.
