Our students are studying Rubik's Cubes and Cubism. We are asking for a set of 600 Rubik's cubes in order for our students to create mosaics like the one in our class picture. The students are able to use a program to pixilate a picture and transfer to the cubes. We have found a site that has the cubes priced reasonably. These cubes can be used each year with multiple grade levels. On top of using the cubes for mosaics, we can use the Rubik's cube to teach higher level math concepts, critical thinking, and perseverance in solving the cube. Our students are very excited about the opportunity to turn their ideas into Rubik's Mosaics!
