A classroom rug will provide an area for my students to sit while I am having group time. During this time they will have lessons for reading, math, science, and social studies. The rug will give the students their own spot to sit on. A classroom rug with letters and numbers will be used as a learning tool for the students. It can be used in a variety of strategies to enhance learning. It will also make our classroom brighter and more appealing to the younger students. This rug will be used for reading partners and for manipulatives so then students will have a nice place to sit and work together.
