I will teach the necessary mathematical vocabulary to help with simple programing of the bee bots. The bee bots will also be used for different math problems on a grid as students are expected to answer a math problem and then code the robot to move to the next problem. My students will think they are having play even when they are learning. Students will be educated, engaged and encouraged through creative play using the Bee Bots to create sequences of instructions as they develop an understanding of programing and coding. Students will work in rotating collaborating groups to create programs and challenge one another at completing different task.
