The stools are needed for small group instruction time at the small group time tables. I am trying to eventually create a flexible seating classroom and these stools are a wonderful first addition. They allow the students to move around not just sit in a regular chair. This will prolong the students' attention span and reduce transition time. The headphones are for our classroom computers and iPads. The technology and apps that we use in our classroom help the students learn to speak English. Having durable headphones is very important. Also, having them all the same will reduce the arguing over which ones students get to use.
