Technology is a great way to target instruction, but we have very little technology available to us at the primary grade level. In addition to small group work, Chromebooks will allow me to individualize instruction on a daily basis through the use of personalized tutorials and leveled programs that allow me to closely track student progress and determine next steps in instruction. Chromebooks are key! Chromebooks are easy to use and will allow my students to work at their own pace using programs such as RAZ Kids, ST Math, and Khan Academy, all while increasing proficiency in reading and math.
