We meet on the floor every morning for morning meeting. We also sit on the floor for whole group instruction throughout the day. This carpet will give us a special space for these activities and a comfortable spot to learn. It will also cover the cords on the floor, from the laptop and projector that we often use to assist in our lessons, that my students often trip over.

This carpet will help them with connecting English and Spanish words, as well as help the English speaking students learn some Spanish words.
