I will use the Active Kids Chair (wobble stools) during my small group instruction to allow students to focus on their academic achievement instead of wondering when they'll be able to stretch and get some wiggles out. Currently, my students sit in regular chairs for a majority of their work time. My goal is to incorporate a variety of flexible seating options in my classroom, and these wobble stools would definitely gives us a great start. As grownups, we function best when we choose how and where we want to sit; our students deserve the same opportunity to decide what is comfortable for them as well, so they can perform at their best!
