I currently have 11 tablets available for my students to use on a daily basis. This may seem like a lot, but I usually have more than 22 kids in my class. Therefore, a few additional tablets would help us out greatly! I absolutely love technology and I want to inspire my 21st century learners to express their knowledge in nontraditional ways. This includes my annual STEM Literacy Across the Globe Project in which my students help other students in other countries learn how to read. Last year, we collaborated with classrooms in Turkey and China. This year, we would like to extend our project to Sierra Leone. With the additional tablets and headphones we will be able to accomplish this project with ease.
