I am seeking assistance for classroom supplies, both for the student and teacher use-that will allow students to have a level playing field with peers who are in neighboring schools as well as within the State. As a new teacher to the area, I commute so it provides me with an opportunity to see more of the community and glean the economic backdrop of the area as well as how my students live. I've selected books that will expose my students to the possibility of higher learning beyond High school. I also want to create a classroom environment that fosters learning, for all students even when needing to refocus my students.
