The purpose of the iPad Pro is to interface with my computer when I am teaching to better explain math concepts and examples so that the students can follow along as the lesson progresses. It will allow me to be any place in the room and still keep the lesson on track. It will also allow me to better access different parts of the lesson from the computer without having to trek back to the computer. The iPad Pro and an Apple Pencil will allow students to participate with the lesson to demonstrate understanding of math concepts. They will have more opportunities to demonstrate understanding by writing out and sharing their math work for others in the class to learn from.
