I am a first year teacher and I am building my classroom library. It is so important for students to get texts on their reading level and texts they will be interested in reading. I am looking to build my library with engaging texts at many different levels so students will want to read and also have books available to them at their independent reading level. It is imperative for students to have the opportunity to read both inside and outside of school so providing them with a library of books right in their classroom is going to be extremely beneficial for them.
