Margin Project books are a special collection of titles that are intended to be interactive–readers are allowed to write in the margin (query, annotate, comment, or even doodle) and react to what previous readers have written. The Margin Project is like a book club crossed with pen pals crossed with a book exchange! Having a collection of books that our students can write in and exchange ideas helps them move from the isolation of these past months to a place of sharing and inquiry and celebration. How fun it will be to take a book off the shelf of Margin Books and see what peers are saying and thinking about the text?
