Realizing that my students' learning clearly was not restricted to the school day, I created a partnership with a local Community Center. This partnership grants students access to a First LEGO League field kit, an EV3 robot, and a space to practice outside of school hours - similar to a library check out system, but with robots. Now that summer is ending, I will need to return the equipment to the Middle School, but I would love for students to continue to have access to a practice set outside of the regular school day. This purchase will allow students to continue to foster curiosity and problem solving, hone their skills, and continue to take full advantage of this partnership.
