The possibilities are endless for what iPads can be used for within the classroom! As a special education teacher, I plan to use these iPads to provide individualized learning opportunities to learners who struggle with math, reading, and writing. The educational apps and programs available on iPads will support my learners in developing skills necessary to succeed in all subjects. During math, students will be able to play engaging math games both alone and with their peers in order to build number sense. In my reading intervention groups, students will be able to use online reading programs which engage them in new texts and help them develop fluency. I am also very excited about the amazing apps available to support students who struggle with speech and language. Through use of these apps, these students will become better readers, writers, and speakers.
