My students need snacks during the school day to help them stay focused. When children's tummies are full, they can do their best at school. Providing a daily snack time helps to break up the school day and provide a much needed brain break as well as give the fuel to finish the day. Many students rely on meals at school and having these snacks will ensure my students will be successful. Students come to school to learn, and these healthy snacks will ensure they will be focused and ready to learn. Often, students' main sources of food comes from school, so having extra snacks gives students the security of knowing there are snacks to keep them nourished.
