Currently, seating in my classroom does not allow students to work together efficiently. Instructional time is wasted on rearranging stubborn old and broken furniture. These new plastic chairs will allow students to quickly situate themselves, enhancing their comfort and experience in my course. Right now, collaborative group work takes too much instruction time as we have to rearrange the room each time. This will also save classroom space when we complete large group projects. Ultimately, the comfort of students is important and instructional time is valuable. This will help students find value in both and transfer this over to their own career with children.
