These workout materials, such as the SKLZ Speed Hurdle Pro and the Body Solid Resistance Tube Set, will help the students develop physically and mentally under stress which research has shown to help them produce the necessary brain chemicals that will promote growth in the classroom. Their self confidence will allow them to be able to try more things and fail and try again as they continue their positive progress in their growth and development. This will engage and develop many of their critical thinking skills as they think and work through the different exercises that come with the equipment.

About my class
