The use of these iPads will help the students become motivated to learn and access information that they have not been able to in the past. My students will use the iPads for learning apps, assistive technology, emotional regulation, and fun. They will be used to create hands-on individualized learning experiences. We will use read aloud text to support struggling readers or speech to text for struggling writers. We can use timers to teach time management and meditation apps to help us keep calm in stressful times. Also students can use the iPads for a well earned game break after all the hard work they put in.
