As a teacher in a Title 1 school it is often times hard to differentiate instruction in the classroom for some of my special needs students. With my smallest class size being 30 students it is difficult for students with certain needs to focus. Being able to take students into small groups and allow them to use an iPad for simulators, videos, and notes would increase the engagement of these students drastically. With a class iPad my students will be able to take their learning and experience in the classroom to the next level. Allowing certain students to work in small groups or 1-on-1 with me could change the way they look at science. All students deserve the opportunity to learn, some just need to do it in different ways than others!
