Teachers are always striving to find ways to better help students engage in their learning. Teachers need ways to have students work with new information as well as share their learning. IPads provide a great way to help do that. IPads provide the opportunity for students to share their learning through videos, photos, and other formats. It allows students to explore new topics and reach out to endless resources. Letting my students use the wide range of apps will allow students to review concepts such as letters, letter sounds, high frequency words, as well as basic counting and number identifications.
