Constructive play in a block center will provide critical learning experiences for these young children. The kids grow socially by forming relationships with their peers. They are able to explore their interests by manipulating objects, creating structures, and working together towards a common goal. Children learn best through play and experimenting with their environment. This enhances their problem solving abilities, as well as their fine and gross motor skills. With your generous donation, my students will have the opportunity to express their creativity through self-directed play, build their self-esteem, and learn to regulate their emotions.
