Our classroom library is currently unorganized. Students have a hard time finding books that are on their level that interests them. These materials will help me organize the books in a meaningful way for the students. The clipboards will allow the students to keep their reading logs close while they read. The carpet dots, and wiggle chairs will also provide a safe seating area for my class during our read aloud times (without crowding each other!) I am a first year teacher, and have not had the opportunity or time to collect many of the things teachers use on a daily basis. These tools will be invaluable to our classroom, as I strive to instill a love of reading in my students.
