By adding wobble stools and balance balls to my classroom, students will have more flexible seating options when choosing their learning environment. These options will allow students to move as they're work independently, and as they collaborate in groups. Research has shown that physical activity is linked to better health, improved behavior, and higher academic success. My students' academics and health will both be positively impacted by this seating. In addition to giving students the opportunity to move as they work, these flexible seating options also empower students to take control of their learning as they select the environment that is best suited for them.

About my class
