I have enough computers for 10 of my students. If each student had a computer, they would be able to focus on their learning and not on when it would be their turn at the computer station. My Spanish-speaking students would have many more resources.
We need ten new Chromebook computers. My children who are below grade level will have access to tools to help them achieve grade level skills. My students who are at grade level will be able to access advanced enrichment material to keep them engaged. By donating to our project, you will be increasing their academic achievement and success.
The students will be able to focus on academic skills rather than waste valuable learning time trying to get the technology to work. This will allow me more time to work with small groups of students rather than constantly having to fix the tech problems.
More and more technological advances are being made every day. Interaction and practice with these tools and 21st-century practices will increase both academic skills and technology skills. This will help to prepare students for their future.
