I'm seeking to fill my room with all the supplies my young aspiring artists need to succeed as they transition to high school. My students love to create, and I want to give them the materials and inspiration they need to realize their vision. We're looking for things like: -Fans! Our building isn't air conditioned, and it's hard to concentrate on reading when you're too hot to think. -A color printer/scanner to assist in creating presentations and letting students interested in graphic arts to fully realize their computer-generated projects. -Books featuring well-known characters like Harry Potter and Black Panther, as well as critically acclaimed graphic novels to show these artists different ways to approach literature. -Art supplies like construction paper, markers and colored pencils. This is an art school, after all!
