The materials I chose will provide a comfortable learning space for the students in my classroom because the majority of the children are in wheelchairs. The bean bags will allow them time out of their chairs. The camera will help me to create portfolios of their learning and work that is required for each individual student. The wireless headphones and CD player will be used as a soothing method, as we all know music makes everything better. Most of these students are developmentally and or physically delayed so a lot of the items I selected will be used as sensory tools. The finger puppets will be used often because the majority of the teaching is done by storytelling and song. The Moods and Emotions mirrors will be serve as instruments to help the children express their feelings.
