As a music teacher at a title one school, I am privileged to come in each day in order to help teach my students music and share the arts with them. Although my students play the instruments properly and at the correct volume, sometimes the sound carries over to the other rooms. With the new school year approaching, I recently found out that the classroom next to ours is going to be used by a middle school math class. We will need to soundproof our music room in order to allow the students to play while not disturbing the other classes. With your support, we can continue to help our students gain an enriching multicultural music experience each day.
