I am requesting 70 copies of Just Mercy. During this time of uncertainty, I want to provide a book that adequately comments on a system that needs changing. Not only will this book help my students grow in their knowledge of the English language, but it will also challenge them to think critically about the world they are growing up in. This young adult version of Just Mercy will spark conversations and continue their thought on what they see daily on the news and in their community. Please help me provide a story and a lesson for my 8th grade students.

About my class
