I would love to be able to offer my students an experience they will always remember in science. For this project, Newton's Cradle will give the students a concrete example of Newton's Third Law of Motion, that for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. I have always struggled to find the best supplies and directions for teaching gravity, and I believe the gravity kit will offer me a much stronger teaching aid then I have had in the past. I have impacted many students to pursue careers in science with my love of the subject and the hands-on approach I believe is essential for maximum interest and cognition. I teach Newton's Three Laws of Motion and would love the opportunity to use the motion and forces kit, Newton's Second Law apparatus, and the mousetrap cars to help reinforce science standards in an engaging manner!
