My students need basics such as copy paper, crayons and markers. Since all of my students are diverse learners, I need to teach them at different levels. They need to meet the wide range of goals on their IEPs. This requires me to make lots of copies at their individualized levels. I need copy paper to do this. My students use crayons and markers for various projects throughout the school year. My students love to illustrate the stories we read and create their own books. They also love to draw and color new vocabulary words. They always want to express their ideas in color. All of these assignments paper, crayons and markers. We use a lot of these materials throughout the year so that my students can produce work that they are proud of. All of these items are basic supplies but they are so important to a well run classroom.
