My students are a mixed group of first, second, third and fourth graders. They attend a K-4 elementary school in a small town and they love science. My class involves learning about science through doing science. I try to have my students manipulate, measure and weigh everything they touch. The students show an amazing enthusiasm over the smallest things. Just recently they were amazed that a plastic die could weigh more than a wooden block.
