If I want students to read at home, I have to provide them with opportunities at school. In addition to our school library, a classroom library with these current award winning books, is just what I need to keep them engaged. I am in the process of creating an environment for wild readers. Readers who not only read books, but actively plan for their next exciting read, before they are done with their current book. With the books in this project, I know our students will be able to meet the forty book challenge this year! Some titles include "The Playbook", "Starfish" and "How to Make a Wish".
