With new 5-top tables, students will already be in work groups! This will save the time and trouble of moving seats, tables, and bodies. New tables will keep the focus off moving, uneven, and squeaking tables and on to learning and helping each other. These tables will make it much easier to utilize all of our Kagan strategies. Students that have mastered certain skills are paired and tabled with students that are struggling or need help. An extra seat at each table makes the groups easily accessible as I circulate and push in for misconceptions and justifications. Students will be happier with new desks..happier students learn more!
