The students will have so much fun reading these engaging books. These books have a strong message the students can learn. They will help bring to life the relatable situations that the students encounter during their everyday life and how to problem solve. These books will be used in a variety of ways. We will first explore them as a teacher read-aloud. Then, they will go into the students library. This is where these stories can be read over and over again by the students. The books will help the students learn how to use voice in their reading as well as become more independent readers. These books will help strengthen my students love for reading. The more the students enjoy these books; the more they will want to continue to read. Thus, building a strong foundation for loving books and the places they can take them as readers. My students crave new and excited picture books that they have not yet experienced. These books are new to me as well as them. We cannot wait to dive into these new picture books!
