Flexible Seating has been a popular for many years now. Research shows that children are more invested in their education when they are included in decisions and are comfortable in their environment. Educators who have implemented Flexible Seating have seen these results: • Their students' grades have improved. • Their students seem happier and more engaged. • Their students are participating more and having more invigorating conversations. • Their students work collaboratively, communicate, and engage in critical thinking. I hope to facilitate in teaching my students how to take responsibility for and choose tools that will be most beneficial to their own learning.
