I am hoping by doing escape rooms in the science classroom that students will be able to explore while learning new science curriculum or reviewing already learned science curriculum. Escape rooms help students learn to cooperate as they collaborate as they work together to solve problems using clues given to them by the science teacher. Science escape rooms will give my students the confidence they need to go into the world knowing they can solve problems together with their peers. I have already begun to collect the curriculum and supplies needed to make these escape room successful. These breakout EDU kits will make it feel more official.
