I want to be able to provide all of my students with the top quality colored pencils that make drawing so much more enjoyable and result in better quality. I want the kids who can't afford them or don't have the extra money to spend on them to have the same experience as others who can. I can provide my students with Crayola or generic colored pencils but when I am trying to teach fine art quality, it is tough. My classroom funds support a couple of sets, but it is tough to share 1-2 Prismacolor sets with 190 students. These pencils are expensive but if you're an artist you understand that they truly make a huge difference. I feel my students deserve nice materials, and this will greatly enhance their art experience.
