Creating a classroom library requires a large number of books. My 8 students are all at different reading levels. Each student requires a different set of books based on their academic level and developmental needs. My students range from beginning readers to students at or above grade level. I have chosen books to add to my classroom library that will diversify the types and levels of books I currently have. Graphic novels are a big hit with my students. They enjoy the pictures and humor involved in the stories. Graphic novels have allowed a two of my students foster a love for reading. I hope to do this for more students!
